Dog Walking Pet Sitting and Feeding

All dogs require regular exercise and stimulation to remain healthy and those who are active are less likely to suffer from behavioural problems or anxiety. Our dog walking service ensures that your dog’s needs for affection and companionship as well as his physical needs are met when you cannot be around.
Dogs are generally walked in groups of 2 or 3 although arrangements can be made to walk a dog alone if this is required. Our daily adventures take place in wooded areas, at the beach or park – places your dog is sure to enjoy.
After each walk your dog will be delivered back home, tired, content and happy.
We will towel dry your dog on our return, wipe down muddy paws and ensure he has fresh water to drink.
After each visit you will receive a record of where you dog has been, what time of day he went out and whether there was anything about the walk he especially enjoyed.
This service is designed for the care of cats and other small animals such as hamsters, rabbits, etc. and allows your pet to stay in the comfort of your own home with the security of familiar surroundings, smells and sounds when you are away. We will keep to your pet’s usual feeding and exercising routine, which is especially useful for older animals who prefer their home comforts.
This service is especially ideal for the care of cats, who are the most territorial of all domestic pets, and is the perfect alternative to a cattery or to imposing on friends.
Each visit lasts approximately 20 minutes and in this time we will clean litter trays/ cages, dependent on the type of pet involved, and feeding bowls. We will give your pet some personal attention and will leave fresh food and water according to your instructions. We can also administer medication if required.
In addition we can bring in newspapers and mail, open and close curtains, water plants, etc and generally make the house look “lived in” during your absence.
We recommend 1 – 2 visits per day.
As the perfect alternative to kennelling we will welcome you dog into our own home when you are away. They will be treated like one of the family and our dog, Molly, will enjoy having a friend to stay over. They will receive 2 walks during each day of their stay and free run of our garden, which is very dog friendly and secure.
They will receive lots of love and affection with not a cage or kennel in sight!
We require you to provide sufficient food for the duration of your dog’s stay and would suggest that you also send along any favourite toys, blankets or treats so that your pet feels really at home.
Anyone intending to use this service is welcome to visit our home beforehand to see where their pet will we spending his or her doggy vacation
